| 摘 要： | 20世纪 90年代中期 ,我国提出建立法律援助制度 ,并在立法上正式确立。同全国其他省市相比较 ,甘肃省法律援助实施水平较为落后。为此 ,本文分析了甘肃法律援助实施的现状、存在的问题 ,并结合甘肃的实际 ,从法律援助的内容、程序、模式等方面构建了法律援助机制的框架。
