Unfair Competition and the Emergence of Crime

The causes of crimes should be explored not only from the behavior of people but also from social operation and unfair competitions. With the research method of sociology and social psychology, this article reveals the deep - seated relation between unfair competition and the emergence of crimes , which provides a new idea for the prevention and control of crimes in China. Using individual psychological development as a clue, the authors adopt a new interactive research model which focuses on the balance between individuals and the society.
