判决书的意义

On the Meaning of the Court's Judgement

In general opinion,the meaning of a court's judgement is just to settle a case rightly.Nevertheless,according to some classical theories,a court's judgement has various dimensions of value: it influences not only the parties,but also the judge,the law and the society.When thinking about the question of "what does a judgement mean" in the condition of judicial reform in China,we will find that the judgement may be a key to solute the difficulties of judicial reform.In other words,the judgement has special meanings in today's China.
