| 摘 要： | 建立与发展社会保障法律体系,对于加强我国的法制建设,促进改革开放和全面建设小康社会极为重要。文中对法律体系的科学内涵进行了界定。构想了我国社会保障法律体系的基本框架,介绍了国外法律体系建设的4种类型,分析了我国社会保障法律体系的现状与问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The establishment and development of social security legal system is very important to strengthening the construction of legal system and promoting economic reform.This thesis has defined the scientific connotation of legal system,proposed the basic framework of the social security legal system and introduced the four system types in other counties.It has also analyzed the current situation and problems,based on that,the author has put forward the countermeasures. |
