社会活力论视角下大学生“村官”计划的困境分析

大学生“村官”计划的出台为新农村建设注入了新的血液和活力，但实施中也出现了一些发展中的困境问题。从社会活力论的视角看，大学生“村官”计划出现困境的根本原因在于其主体、资源、制度、精神四个层面的社会活力因素的匮乏。不断激发这四个层面的社会活力，是大学生“村官”计划走出困境的根本路径。
