| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛同志指出:"社会主义和谐社会应该是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。"这就明确地告诉我们社会主义和谐社会是立足于现实而又高于现实的社会,是人们共同构建才能逐步实现的社会。社会主义和谐社会是其构成要素优化组合的整体系统;是一个矛盾不断解决又不断产生新矛盾的运动过程。

| Abstract: | President Hu Jintao pointed out that,"The socialism harmonious society should be the democratic government by law,the fair justice,the good faith and friendly affection,full of the energy,the stability and the human get together with the nature harmoniously." This explicitly tells us the harmonious society is based on the reality but higher than the reality of the society,and it is an ideal society which the people constructs together can realize gradually.The socialism harmonious society is an integrated system which integrant parts are composed optimumly;is a process which contradictions to be solved unceasingly produces unceasingly;is an infinite development process from elementary stage to advanced stage. |
