| 摘 要： | 界定"改造内容",是理论界和行刑实践中一个最基本而又最重要的课题.时至今日,"改造内容"仍没有一个权威定位.判定改造内容应坚持本质性、普遍性、准确性、可知性准则.将"改造内容"界定为罪犯个体错误的世界观应是准确而科学的定位.改造罪犯世界观的关键是要把握好揭示、改造与巩固三个环节.

| Abstract: | It is a most basic and important topic in theory and Practice to make clear the content of transform. Until nowadays, there is not a maturing standards.We should stick to some principles including nature of essence, generallity, accuration and openness. The content of transform should be the criminls'wrong world outlook, this is accurate and scientific. The key of change the world outlook is to begin with three points including revealing, transformation and consolidation. |
