| 摘 要： | 高校行政管理队伍建设工作是高校实施素质教育的关键环节之一。目前高校行政管理队伍建设在认识、体制等方面存在问题,应采取相措施,使高校行政管理队伍的整体素质得以迅速提高,充分发挥其在高校改革和发展中应有的作用。
