| 摘 要： | 现阶段,我国没有制定专门的反垄断法,现有的一些反行政垄断规定散见于众多的法律、法规和规章中,立法层次低,权威性不够,没有构建一个有机联系的反行政垄断法律体系。为了完善我国反行政垄断的法律制度,必须建立以反垄断法为核心的行政垄断法律规制体系。

| Abstract: | In this stage, there is no special anti-monopoly law in China. Some of the existing regulations of anti-administrative monopoly are contained in numerous laws and regulations, with low legislative level, inadequate authority and without an organic legal system of the anti-administrative monopoly. In order to perfect the legal system of the anti-administrative monopoly, it is necessary to establish a core of the anti-monopoly law to regulate the legal system of the administrative monopoly. |
