| 摘 要： | 侦查谋略是关于侦查活动斗争方式与方法的思维体系,其产生和存在的机制是侦查主体和侦查对象的对抗性、对抗态势的间接性和共生性、侦查主体施谋受法律制约性.侦查谋略的实施需要明确施谋目的、确定施谋焦点、拟定施谋方案以及对施谋过程控制与谋略调整.侦查谋略是运用侦查措施的灵魂,它的研究与发展,对不断丰富与发展侦查学的理论有着重要意义,而且对强化侦查工作,指导实际斗争也有着重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | Investigation strategy is a thinking systems of investigation, whose existing mechanism is the antagonism between investigative body and subject, and is limited by law. Implementation of the strategy should make clear its purpose, focus and scheme of controlling the process. Investigation strategy is the soul of using investigative measure. It has an important meaning to research and develop it as well as to strengthen investigation, instruct actual struggle. |
