| 摘 要： | 从未成年人法律保护体系的角度看,对未成年人刑事案件的法律保护属于特别法保护,如《刑法》、《刑事诉讼法》等为特别法。本文是对近几年来未成年人刑事案件的特别法保护的总结整理。同时,建议修改现行《刑法》、《刑事诉讼法》中相关未成年人的部分条文规定。

| Abstract: | Studying from the view of legal protective system on teenagers,we know that the legal protection in criminal cases related to teenagers belongs to protection from special laws.For example,Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law are special laws.We have sort the protection from special laws in criminal cases related to teenagers in recent years and put forward the proposal that some issue relating to teenagers in criminal laws and Criminal Procedure Laws should be revised so as to be more perfect. |
