| 摘 要： | 江泽民明确提出了“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”的主张,并从必然性、途径、原则等方面论述了政治权力的法治化问题。在建设社会主义法治国家的实践中,江泽民又大力推动了我国政治权力的法治化进程。这对于依法规范权力运行,实现中国政治的现代化具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Jiang ze min clearly stated the view of " administrating the state by law and constructing the socialist law - administrated country " and he also brilliartly discussed the inexorablity, methodology, and principle of the issue. In the practice of constructing the socialist law - administrated country , Jiang has greatly accelerated the law administration process of Chinese political system . All these are very important for political system and the modernization of Chinese political institution. |
