高等院校学籍管理中的法制化建设

With the development of socialist market economy,not only the traditional way of managing the students in colleges and universities is confronted with a severe challenge,but a new problem is being born as well.Both the national spread of legal sense and strength of human right sense inevitably bring the conflicts in the process of the practical work,which is both between the new minds and old ones the value contradictions and the privileges.The method that we used to follow is under a deepgoing reform which adapts the legal process of the whole nation.We must take measures-all the problems raised in the practice will be answered and solved with the legal minds;managing system will be built and being improved;the legal construction of the school rolls should be carried out.
