| Abstract: | In order to get into a good career guiding course in university, it is urgent to build a teachers contingent worthy of the name, with superb business and in reasonably echelon. In addition to the quality of total employment of university teachers, the career guiding teacher should also have the quality of grasping the human resources market, deep and broad knowledge, bold and innovative, and being good at mental communication. |
