| 摘 要： | 社会工作专业的职业化随着社会主义和谐社会的构建,越来越显现出重要地位.一些高校逐步引入学校社会工作的一些理论和价值观念,创新学生工作的理念、内容形式和方法.文章就如何借助社会工作理论与方法,对学生工作的计划与项目进行分析剖析,对创新学生工作等提出相应的思考.

| Abstract: | With the development of building a harmonious socialist society,professionalizing social work is showing its more and more important position.Some colleges and universities are trying to introduce gradually a number of theories and values on social work in school and innovate in ideas,forms of content and methods of management of students' affairs.The paper puts forward the author's reflection on how to analyze plans and projects of management of students' affairs,and innovate in management of students' affairs by using social work theory and methods. |
