| 摘 要： | 在介绍细胞因子在抵抗狂犬病病毒感染的基础上,从狂犬病病毒入侵宿主细胞的机制,狂犬病病毒的5个结构蛋白N、P、M、G、L在狂犬病病毒致病性中的作用以及细胞凋亡在该病毒致病性中的作用等方面综述了狂犬病病毒与宿主的相互作用,旨在为狂犬病的防制和疫苗研制提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | To fully elucidate the pathogenicity mechanism of rabies virus,the mechanisms how the virus enter the host cell,and how the N,P,M,G and L proteins and the cytokine,such as IFN and TNF,function to inhibition virus are reviewed in the present paper.This review provided valuable references for development of novel vaccines and prevention methods against rabies. |
