| 摘 要： | 国际以及区域警务合作的实践充分证明了情报合作的重要和基础作用,我国两岸四地间的区际警务合作也同样如此。"情报主导警务"战略的实施以及以"金盾工程"为基础的"大情报体系"的建立,为推动两岸四地情报交流提供了便利的条件,也成为进一步深化两岸四地警务合作的良好契机。两岸四地警务合作情报体系的构建尚须解决主体不一、情报信息系统化以及人才培养队伍建设等诸多问题,从而更好地发挥其基础导向作用。

| Abstract: | The experience of international and regional policing cooperation provides sufficient evidence for the important and fundamental role intelligence exchange has played.This rule is also applicable to the policing cooperation among China mainland,Hongkong,Macau and Taiwan.With the establishment of the "Intelligence-led Policing Strategy" and "Greater Intelligence System",it is more convenient for the intelligence exchange to be taken out,which enables policing cooperation among the four districts to win a strong drive and opportunity for its development.However,there are problems in differing subjects,intelligence systemization and personnel training,which shall be addressed so as to enhance the very system of policing cooperation. |
