试析高校学生党员教育管理长效机制的建构

由于国际国内形势的深刻变化和当代大学生自身特点的变化,大学生党建工作出现了一些新的问题和薄弱环节,教育的实效性与党和国家的要求相比还存在一定的差距。新时期高校学生党建工作面临新的机遇和挑战。加强和改进这项工作的核心任务是夯实大学生思想政治教育,探寻如何建立有效的学生党员质量保障体系。

On the Construction of Long-termed Management Mechanism for College Students Being Members of the Chinese Communist Party

Due to the great changes of both international and domestic situations as well as the changes of contemporary college students’ features,there have been some new problems and weak links in the construction of the Chinese Communist Party(C.C.P.) among college students.There is still certain gap between education effect and the requirement from our country and the Party.In the new era,there are new opportunities and challenges for the construction of the C.C.P.among college students.To improve and strengthen the work,we should conduct effective ideological and political education on college students and explore the way to establish an effective system so as to keep the high quality of students being member of the C.C.P.,which is the critical task.
