新时期共青团组织参与社会管理创新探究

作为党的助手和后备军的共青团组织,在社会管理创新的新形势下,应不断创新共青团工作的思路、内容和形式,进一步团结、凝聚青年,不断巩固党执政的青年群众基础,找准共青团参与社会管理创新的着力点,通过积极承担、创新观念、整合资源、乘势而上等工作思路,拓展共青团参与社会管理创新的范畴,提高共青团参与社会管理创新的能力,增进共青团参与社会管理创新的效果。

Research on the Innovation of Social Management Involving the Participation of the Chinese Communist Youth League

With the new situation of social management innovation, as the assistant and reserve force of the Chinese Communist Party(C.C.P),different organizations of the Chinese Communist Youth League(C.C.Y.L.) should innovate their thoughts,contents and forms to conduct their work.The organizations should make the youth united more closely,so as to consolidate public foundation,among the youth,for the administration of the C.C.P.Furthermore,they should try hard to find the key for the C.C.Y.L.to participate in social management innovation and develop the fields for the participation by the following working thoughts,including committing tasks,innovating concepts,integrating resources,and taking advantages to make achievements.Only in this way can they contribute to make the C.C.Y.L.more competent in participating in social management innovation and improve the effect of the participation.
