| 摘 要： | 在现实生活中,我国农民权益状况不容乐观,主要原因就在于漠视了宪法和法律赋予农民权利以及对农民权益保护方面的法律缺位。在我国新的发展阶段,按照建设社会主义新农村和构建和谐社会的要求,农民权益法律保护的制度建设应作出积极回应。
