| 摘 要： | 农村犯罪存在大量黑数。农村犯罪黑数主要是由于村民不报案 ,其中的因素有 :农村传统家族势力的影响 ;农村传统法律意识的影响 ;农村行政组织越俎代疱 ;农村封建迷信严重 ;农村公安机关的办案条件限制。农村犯罪黑数是不可避免的 ,但需要正确认识。

| Abstract: | There exists huge hidden amount of crimes in the countryside.The main reason is that the villagers don't report a case to the security authorities,and some of the factors of no_ reporting are 1) the influence of rural traditional family power;2) the consciousness of rural traditiond law sense; 3) rural administrative organizations dealing with the cases instead of the security body;4) serious feudal superstition in the countryside;5) limited condition of handling cases of the rural public security body.Rural hidden number of crimes is unavoidable,but it needs correct understanding. |
