| Abstract: | Improve and perfect our country's juristical regulations and build up the system of policeman serving as a witness at court is necessary.Under present system of our country,police serving as a witness has still not formed.We should build up appropriate and suitable policeman serving as a witness at court system in China by using the reference of international practices and by combining the realistic situation in our country. |
