As one of the important states of ASEAN,the system for handling labor dispute of Thailand is considered comprehensively,which has its characteristics,for example,the labor court is the core of labor dispute processing system and it hasn’t labor arbitration tribunal. Thailand has some aspects in its legal system for handling labor dispute,which is worth learning by us for reference to improve the legal system of China.
