| 摘 要： | 为了实现政法招录培养体制改革试点班人才培养目标，我们必须以警务模拟实训引领教学改革，从警务模拟实训理念更新、使用原则、警务模拟实训内容构建、教学方法创新、模拟实训的组织与实施及软硬件保障等方面入手，切实提高教师的实训创新能力，激发学生参与实训的积极性，从根本上提高教学质量，提升学生的职业素质，实现创新型警察应用人才的培养目标。

| Abstract: | In order to realize the talent training target of the experimental unit of the enrollment system of politics and law, we should reform first from the stimulated policing training, and through renewing the concept, using principles, constructing teaching content and creating teaching method, sharpen teachers＇ training activity and students＇ enthusiasm for participating training so as to imrove the teaching quality, raise students＇ professional ability and realize the training target. |
