| 摘 要： | 实践教学是法学专业教学的重要组成部分,是主要针对法律专业技能训练和实践能力培养的教学方式。因此,分析当前实践教学所存在的问题,提出以应用型人才培养为目标的实践教学方式的几点建议,并简单介绍学院开展实践教学的几点举措。
