论图书馆信息资源共建共享与知识产权保护的协调

网络环境下图书馆最深层的本质在于信息资源的共建与共享,但囿于信息资源的共享性与知识产权保护的专有性的矛盾,图书馆信息资源的共建共享与知识产权保护之间产生了深刻的冲突。网络技术的发展虽然改善了信息资源共建共享的技术条件,但不利因素仍然存在并且出现了一些新的问题。团结合作、自主平等、积极参与是构建图书馆信息资源共建共享的基础,以＂共建＂促＂共享＂是实现图书馆信息资源共建共享的有效手段。

On the Coordination of the Building and Sharing of Library Information Resource and Intellectual Property Right Protection

Under the circumstance of network,the most profound essence of the library lies in the building and sharing of information resource.The conflict,however,between the joint share of information resource and the exclusiveness of IPR protection gets deep and profound.With the development of network technology,the technological conditions of the building and sharing of information resource have been improved,but the disadvantages as well as some new-born problems cannot be overlooked.The building and sharing of library information resource is based on unity and cooperation,independence and equality,and active participation.＂Building＂ serves ＂Sharing＂ is an effective channel to realize both building and sharing.
