| Abstract: | The harmful of intellectual property crimes is more and more serious in the world. In China, it is believed that the depth and width of the intellectual property protection should be strengthened in the field of our criminal law system. Therefore, the combined legislation system, criminal law together with its accessory acts will do the same effect, should be erected. At the same time, international cooperation and word of increasing legal sources also need to be done. |
