| 摘 要： | 2007年10月28日，第十届全国人大常委会第30次会议通过了《中华人民共和国律师法（修订草案）》。同日，中华人民共和国主席胡锦涛签署第七十六号主席令将修订后的《中华人民共和国律师法》（以下简称《律师法》）予以公布。作为此次《律师法》修订的主要参与人员之一，现谨就此次《律师法》修订的有关情况作一简要介绍。

| Abstract: | At its 30^th session held in Beijing on October 28, 2007, the Standing Committee of the 10^th National People＇s Congress （NPC）- China＇s national legislature-adopted the Draft Revision of the Law on Law-yers of the People＇s Republic of China. On the same day, Chinese President Hu Jintao signed Presidential Decree No. 76 to promulgate the revised Law on Lawyers of the People＇s Republic of China （hereinafter referred to as the Law on Lawyers）. In the capacity as one of the leading legislators participating in the revision of the Law on Lawyers, I will briefly introduce some major details of the revision of the Law on Lawyers： |
