| Abstract: | The concept of scientific development succeeds and develops the Marxism,MAO Zedong thought and DENG Xiaoping theory.It insists on the essence and the core of people centered,and embodies the basic value orientation of advancing high quality existence and promoting the whole development of human.As the important guiding thought of realizing the whole,harmonious and sustainable economic and social development forms a new concept of respecting knowledge and persons with ability,of protecting labor and creation. |
