关于加强党的思想文化建设的思考

党的十七届六中全会作出了《关于深化文化体制改革，推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》，为加强党的思想文化建设提出了新的课题。加强党的思想文化建设，必须以社会主义核心价值体系为基础，必须在党内实现社会主义核心价值体系的科学化，即党的各级领导干部要把科学化的社会主义核心价值体系落实在实际行动上；正确把握舆论导向，用正确的舆论导向来引导、规范人民大众的社会行为；充分发挥大众文化的熏陶作用；使全体党员党内生活制度科学化。

Reflection on the Party’s Thoughts and Culture Construction

After discussion, the sixth plenary session of the 17th Central Committee of CPC passed the resolution named Certain Major Issues Decision on Deepening the Reform of the Cultural System, and Promoting Socialist Cultural Greater De- velopment and Prosperity. This offers a new task for strengthening the party＇s thoughts and culture construction which must be based on scientific socialist core value system. Leading cadres at all levels must put the socialist core value system into practice, have a correct understanding of the guidance of public opinion, direct and regulate the people＇s social behavior,give full play to the role of the mass culture influence and make all party members＂ inner--party life system scientific.
