论青少年体验式法制教育模式的建构

摘    要:体验是青少年法制教育的起点和原点,也是科学发展观在青少年法制教育中的践行。要建构有效的青少年体验式法制教育模式,在内容选择上,必须遵循保护性、规制性、现实性、渐进性、系统性等原则;在教育形式上,要有针对性、实践性、网络性;在师生关系上,要建立一种双向甚至多向而且平等的参谋或伙伴的关系;在教育方法上,要抛开直接的功利性,设置人性化的情境,鼓励和引导青少年利用法律保护自己,并敢于和善于利用法律维护他人、集体和国家权益。

Abstract:Experience is not only the beginning and core in the legal education on youth, but also is scientific development view being practiced in the education. To establish an effective experienced legal education model for youth, we should adhere to such principles as protection, regulation, reality, evolution and system in choosing content. As to the education form, we should have a clear goal and be practical; also we should be widely connected with different walks of the society. In term of teacher-student relationship, we should establish a two-way and even multi-way but an equal referential and partner relationship; for the education method, we should give up direct utilitarianism and establish a humanistic situation. Not only should we encourage and guide youth to protect themselves with laws, but also we should make them use laws to protect other people's interset, collectivity, and nation.
