闽台人员往来与出入境管理

由于福建与台湾具有独特的“五缘”优势，闽台之间人员交流交往历史悠久。人员联系是政治、经济、文化等联系的基础。出入境管理对闽台人员的交流交往起到了重要的促进作用。但从闽台人员往来情况看，出入境管理离形势发展的需要，离两岸同胞的期望还有距离，仍有发展和提升的空间。更加紧密的联系，需要更加密切的交流；更加密切的交流，需要更加宽松便利的出入境政策。为适应两岸形势发展需要，福建出入境管理部门要坚决贯彻落实《国务院关于支持福建省加快建设海峡西岸经济区的若干意见》，积极争取先行先试政策，促进闽台人员往来，加强两岸同行交流，共同维护两岸同胞出入境合法权益。
