| 摘 要： | 在警民互动关系中，警方处于主导、先行的地位，构建和谐警民关系的关键在于警察，应当着力打造亲民型公安队伍。当前，影响亲民型队伍建设的主要因素有思想上不够重视、感情上不够贴近、角色上定位不清、机制上不够完善、素质上不够全面。打造亲民型队伍应当在提高认识、贴近感情上下功夫，牢固树立亲民理念；在加强学习、增强素质上下功夫，努力提高亲民能力；在互动交流、沟通联系上下功夫，积极搭建亲民平台；在强化保障、激发动能上下功夫，建立完善的亲民机制。
