| 摘 要： | 以信息研判为主要手段实现“网上作战”的全新警务模式正带来一场革命，但对于“网上作战”的理论研究还处于起步阶段。有必要在对“网上作战”进行定义的基础上，结合实战案例分析“网上作战”的定位，围绕侦查工作的需要，构建信息研判工作机制，建立“整合资源、统一规划、全警应用、全省联动”的信息研判工作平台。
