| 摘 要： | 诚信是社会资本的重要内容,构建诚信社会资本应是构建社会主义和谐社会的题中之义。文章从文化、经济、社会的角度分析了我国目前诚信社会资本缺失的原因,并从三个方面提出了构建诚信社会资本的思路。
