论社区矫正志愿者资源调度平台的构建

社区矫正试点工作开展以来,社区矫正志愿者服务在政策保障、人员、经费等方面存在着诸多问题,构建社区矫正志愿者资源调度平台是解决问题的关键.以社区矫正志愿者协会为核心,以国家财政资金和社会捐助资金为保障,以三类志愿者为基础,有助于实现志愿者资源的最优化配套.在调度平台的构建过程中,通过消除影响社区矫正志愿者服务的外部和内部不利因素,完善相应的配套措施,有利于促进社区矫正志愿者服务工作在中国的深入开展,最终实现社会的和谐、稳定和发展.
