| 摘 要： | 微博具有参与主体和受众广泛、信息内容鲜活、传播高效等特点。公民通过微博发表呼声更便捷、政治参与热情更高涨、接受反馈更及时,微博使得公民政治参与达到了前所未有的高度。兴利除弊,合理引导,正视微博的消极影响,通过将微博纳入法制化管理轨道,增强微博用户的道德自律意识,深化微博在政治领域的研究实践等举措,推动社会主义民主政治建设。

| Abstract: | Microblog is characterized by its great participation and mess participators,innovative information and effective dissemination,which make political participation in an unprecedented position.The convenience of expressing ideas,the enthusiasm of participation and the effectiveness of feedback are unparalleled for citizens to participate in politics via microblog.It is necessary to seek the advantages and avoid the disadvantages by law-based control,strengthen ethics and profound research and practice on microblog so as to strengthen the democracy and encourage democratic participation of socialism. |
