| 摘 要： | “认真对待法律的空间性”是《乡土中国的司法图景》的作者提出的一个命题。法律空间性的含义可以从“城市——乡村”、“国家——社会”、“西方——中国”三个视角来阐释，这种阐释立足于真实生活，对于法理学研究而言，这种立足真实生活的民众中心主义分析范式对中国法理学寻找个性化的话语，努力让法学言说更加靠近社会现实具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The author of ＂the judicial view of local China＂ think that we should treat the legal extensity seriously . He explains the meanings of the legal extensity from three aspects includes city-village, country-society and western- Chinese. The author also advocate a new paradigm commonalty as a new position. It is important to the Chinese jurisprudence. It can made the study close with the social fact. It incarnates the individuality of the Chinese jurisprudence. |
