加强执政能力建设是党的建设的根本课题

加强党的执政能力建设是在国际竞争中应对挑战,促进三个文明协调发展,增强党的执政基础,提高党的拒腐防变能力和抵御风险能力的迫切需要。必须加强党的思想建设以增强执政为民意识,加强制度建设以提高执政为民水平,加强干部队伍建设以完善择优汰劣机制,加强基层党组织建设以增强执政基础,加强党风廉政建设以确保领导干部廉洁从政和执政为民。

Building up Governing Capacity Is the Fundamental Subject of the Party Building

Building up the governing capacity of the CPC is an urgent requirement for raising the capacity of the CPC to resist corruption,to prevent degeneration and withstand risks in facing the challenge in international competition,in improving the coordinated development of the three civilizations and in strengthening the basis of the governing of the CPC.We should strengthen the Party building ideologically so as to exercise state power for the people;build a cadre contingent so as to improve the mechanism of selection;strengthen the primary organizations of the CPC so as to improve the basis of governance;improve the Party's work style and build clean government so as to ensure leading officials to be honest and upright to exercise state power for the people.
