| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会主义工会组织是我国社会主义社会的重要组成部分,也是我国社会主义政权的重要支柱。中国工人阶级作为中国的领导阶级和建立和谐社会、现代国家的主力军,对其合法权益的维护是中国工会的重要任务,所以研究维护工人阶级合法权益的观念、理论和机制建设在现行形势下就具有相当的现实意义。
