| 摘 要： | 新型工业化道路是全面建设小康社会的必经之路.以机械化、自动化为标志的传统工业化飞速发展的同时也伴随着资源浪费、环境污染、生态破坏和大量失业,我国正处于工业化水平亟须提高和信息化机遇亟待把握的关键时期,必须走出一条注重科技含量和经济效益、兼顾经济发展和扩大就业、坚持防范风险和持续发展的新型工业化道路.

| Abstract: | New industrialization is the necessary road to a well-to-do society. The fantastic development of mechanization and automation, which are characteristic of traditional industries, is accompanied by a waste of resources, environmental pollution, ecological destruction and much unemployment. At the critical moments, when China is in urgent need for improving industrialization and grasping the opportunities for developing information highways, new industrialization is a way out, which will emphasize technology and economical profits, economical development and employment as well as risks and sustained development. |
