| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the basic relation between culture, education, human resources, people's all-round development and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way. On analyzing the present situation , this paper suggests that education should be given the first priority in the course of building a well-off society in the western regions of China as well as in Guangxi. |
