| 摘 要： | 刑嫌调控是刑事侦查的基础业务工作,这项基础工作的质量,直接关系到对刑事犯罪的打击力度和社会治安的稳定。当前,刑侦部门刑嫌调控工作未能在刑事侦查中充分发挥作用,导致刑事侦查工作人力、物力上的更大投入,直接影响了破案的效率。加强刑嫌调控工作,从思想认识、工作机制、工作方法等方面加以探讨,从刑嫌调控现状与现实斗争需要方面进行对策研究,对加强刑侦实践工作,提高作战效力,具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | Criminal suspect investigation and control is the fundamental work in criminal investiga-tion.Its quality has a direct effect on the hitting power of criminal crime and social stability.At present ,criminal suspect investigation and control isn't made full use in criminal investigation, which results in much more put in manpower and material resources and low efficiency in solving cases.How to strengthen criminal suspect investigation and control should be discussed from the aspects of recognition,working mechanism and working method.It has practical significance to strengthen criminal investigation practice and improve efficiency. |
