The Basic Concept of the Police Psychological Training

The characteristics of "high risk, high stress, high pressure" of the police destroy their mental health easily in different degrees. Nowadays, police is the fastest destroyed component of the social machine in all kinds of occupations, so the mental health training is very important to the police. This article describes the instance of police mental health training in China, brings up basic principles and proceedings paid attention to. It contains the ways and methods of psychological training, and introduces briefly the main contents of psychological training from different aspects, such as mental health, mental stress, and work efficiency.
