| 摘 要： | 农民工是我国制度变迁与社会转型期间出现的特殊群体。农民工所处的边缘化境地及社会制度排斥与机制缺失使得他们难以享受到社会保障权益,尽管他们为我国经济和社会发展做出了巨大的贡献。建立农民工社会保障制度,对保障这一庞大的弱势群体,解决三农问题,维护经济稳定与统筹社会发展有重大意义。

| Abstract: | The farmer workers constitute a special community in the course of system vicissitude and society transformation.The fringe circumstance in which the farmer workers live,the exclusion by the social institution and system shortage make it difficult for them to enjoy the rights and benefits of the social guarantee,though they have made great contributions to our country's economic and social development.Establishing the system of social guarantee for farmer workers is of great meaning for safeguarding the weak community,for solving the problem of agriculture,countryside and peasant,for maintaining the economic stability and planning the social development. |
