| 摘 要： | 新颁布的《中华人民共和国公务员法》有许多创新之处,包括聘任制、竞争上岗、引咎辞职、严格的离职从业限制等,标志着我国公务员管理制度日益完善。但仍然存在不足与缺陷,比如未设定公职人员财产申报制度,奖惩缺乏法定程序,等等。

| Abstract: | Lately enacted The Law of Civil Servants of the People's Republic of China has many creative places,including appointment system,competition for posts,quit for error and strict limitation of work after resignation,which marks that the management of the civil servants becomes increasingly perfect in our country.However,there are still defects,such as lack of public servants' property declaration system,legal proceedings of pride and punishment and so on. |
