社会的经济人——论泰罗科学管理理论中的人本思想

Economic Person of the Society——On the Human-centered Thought in Taylor's Scientific Management Theories

There is a misunderstanding about Taylor in academic world for a long time,which his scientific management theories is based on the foundation of the "economic person" behavior assumption,that is things first and the person adapting to the things.But Taylor`s theories gives an outstanding emphasis to the person's importance,puts forward to concerning of the person,respecting the person and developing the person,meanwhile initiates the consistency of everyone's benefits and the importance of the cooperation harmonious.Consequently,the theory includes the human nature factor of science,contains abundant of basic human-centered management thought.
