论工会工作的主动性

工会工作主动性,是指工会组织开展活动的动力度,主要包括认知的主动性、情感的主动性、工作的主动性等。其加强,将有助于贯彻中国特色社会主义工会维权观,有助于回应职工利益诉求,有助于提高工会组织的主体性。工会应通过争取党委和政府的支持、突出工会宣传的主体性、建立和完善工会工作机制、加强对新情况的分析与预测和对职工工作过程的介入等路径,来增强工会工作的主动性。
