当前巡逻勤务存在的问题及几点建议

实践证明,警察离不开巡逻勤务,巡逻始终是警察的主要警务活动方式,巡逻在社会治安防控体系中占有重要的地位。目前我国的警察巡逻勤务存在着法律不完善,没有制度保障;现有警力密度不够,难以形成有效控制;巡逻方式不完善等问题。因此需要在法律规范中明确巡警职能定位,采取多样巡逻方式,整合巡逻力量,加强社区建设等以此来进一步加以完善。
