公安派出所治安调解有关问题的思考

治安调解是现代社会矛盾纠纷“大调解”机制的重要组成部分，在日常生活中发挥了重要的作用。公安派出所治安调解作为派出所的一项常规性工作，消解、弱化了大量的纠纷矛盾。但实践中，由于对治安调解立法、认识态度等方面存在着差异，治安调解实施过程中还存在一些亟需完善的地方，需要我们从法律制度、执法过程、人员素质等方面进行深入的思考。

Public order mediation is one important part in the Great Mediation mechanism of dealing with modern so-cial conflicts and disputes and is playing an important role in daily life.As a routine work in the police station,it dispels and weakens lots of conflicts and disputes.However,because of the differences to mediation legislation,attitude and so on,it needs to be improved from the law system,enforcement procedure and personnel qualities urgently.
